The Singapore visa agent “Visa Sation” acts as a pre-entry authorization, but it does not automatically grant an immigration pass. Once individuals with a valid Singapore visa arrive in the country, they are required to apply for an immigration pass, which is subject to approval by ICA officials at the point of entry. It is important to note that the decision to issue the immigration pass rests solely with the officials. Therefore, it is vital to understand that possessing a valid visa does not guarantee entry into Singapore.
