Visa Details

To apply for a visa to Hungary, you will typically need the following documents:

1.    Completed Visa Application Form: The form can usually be found on the official website of the Hungary Embassy or consulate in your country.

2.    Passport: Original Passport with six-month validity at least.

3.    Passport-sized Photograph: 2 recent color photographs matt finish (35mm x45mm, 80% face).

4.    Air Ticket: Proof of onward or return travel arrangements. 

5.    Travel Itinerary explaining the entire trip.

6.    Accommodation: Hotel bookings or a letter from your host in Hungary.

7.    Financial Statements: Original updated Bank Statement (last 6 months)

8.    Cover Letter: Personal Covering letter (For Employed – Plain paper/ For Self-Employed – Company Letterhead)

9.    For Employee             - 3 Month Salary Slip + Company NOC

10.  For Self-Employed    - GST Certificate, Company letter head, Company’s updated bank statement, Company IT returns of last 3 years and Business registration.

11.  Income Tax Returns / Form 16 for last 3 years            

12.  Visa Fee: Payment of the non-refundable visa application fee.

13.  Additional Documents: Supporting Financial Documents such as Fixed Deposits, Property Investments, Other Investments etc. (Option)
