Documents Required

To apply for a visa to Thailand, you will typically need the following documents:

1.      Completed Visa Application Form: The form can usually be found on the official website of the Thailand embassy or consulate in your country.

2.    Passport: A valid passport with at least six months of remaining validity and at least two blank pages.

3.    Passport-sized Photograph: 2 recent colour photographs as per specification (35mm x 45mm, 80%Face, White Background, Matte Finish Paper.)

4.    Confirmed Return Air Ticket: Proof of onward or return travel arrangements.

5.    Proof of Accommodation: Hotel bookings or a letter from your host in Thailand.

6.    Financial Statements: Proof of sufficient funds for the duration of your stay, such as bank statements.

7.    Cover Letter: A cover letter stating the purpose of your visit and your travel plans.

8.    Visa Fee: Payment of the non-refundable visa application fee.

9.    Additional Documents: Depending on the purpose of your visit (e.g., business, tourism, family visit), you might need additional documents such as an invitation letter from a business partner or family member in Thailand.
